Terms of Service
Last updated: July 31, 2026
1. Who these terms are with
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FrontDial, an AI voice-receptionist service operated by Akshana Enterprises LLC(doing business as “Beatura Labs”). By creating an account, signing an order form, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
2. The service
FrontDial answers your inbound phone calls with an AI receptionist configured for your brand, extracts structured lead data from each call, delivers it to your inbox and webhook, and optionally texts the caller a confirmation. A dashboard provides call transcripts, recordings, and analytics.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during onboarding (your business name, script, FAQs, hours, etc.).
- You must not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages, or to solicit callers in violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or any other applicable law.
- You must honor STOP / opt-out requests promptly and not attempt to circumvent them.
- You must not use the service to impersonate another business or person.
- You are responsible for your end users’ interactions with the receptionist and for the content of any script or FAQ material you supply.
4. Fees and billing
Fees are set out in the order form or plan you subscribe to. Recurring fees are billed monthly in advance; usage overages are billed monthly in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your plan (for example, a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month, if offered). You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
5. Data + privacy
Our handling of caller data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your customer data. We use it to provide the service, and only share it with infrastructure vendors necessary to operate the service.
6. Acceptable use
You may not (and may not permit anyone else to): reverse engineer the service; use it to build a competing product; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; upload malicious code; use the service in a way that infringes on any third party’s rights; or use the service to send emergency messages or in life-safety scenarios (the service is not designed for these).
7. Service availability
We work to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance and will use reasonable efforts to schedule it outside peak hours. Third-party dependencies (telephony, AI providers) can and do have outages; we monitor and respond to these.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate on 30 days’ written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately if you materially breach these Terms (including the Acceptable Use rules), fail to pay, or if we are legally required to. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days; after that, we delete it per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs (transcripts, extracted lead data, agent responses) can contain errors; you should not rely on the service for decisions that require certainty without human review.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Akshana Enterprises LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
