Privacy Policy

FrontDial is an AI voice-receptionist service operated by Akshana Enterprises LLC(doing business as “Beatura Labs”). In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “FrontDial” refer to Akshana Enterprises LLC. “Customer” means a business that has engaged FrontDial to answer their inbound phone calls (typically a franchise studio, service business, or multi-location operator). “Caller” means a person who dials a Customer’s phone number and is answered by FrontDial’s AI agent.

When a caller reaches a FrontDial-answered line, we collect:

• The caller’s phone number (from the phone network’s caller ID).
• The audio and transcript of the call.
• Structured information the caller provides during the call — for example, name, email, child’s date of birth, preferred appointment time, and any notes relevant to the reason they called.
• Call metadata (start time, duration, outcome, cost).

We do not sell caller data. We do not use caller data for advertising. We do not share caller data with any party other than the Customer whose number the caller dialed, and the infrastructure vendors listed below.

• To deliver the lead to the Customer (via their email inbox, webhook, and admin dashboard).
• To send the caller a confirmation SMS if they opt in during the call (see “SMS” below).
• To provide the Customer with call transcripts, recordings, and analytics for quality control.
• To detect abuse, honor DNC requests, and improve accuracy of our AI models on aggregated, de-identified data.

When a caller ends a call, our receptionist tells them we will send a short confirmation text and includes a “Reply STOP to opt out” notice. We send SMS only when the caller has indicated consent on the call. Message frequency is typically 1 per completed call. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Text HELP for help; text STOPto opt out. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently per Customer.

We share caller information only with:

• The Customer whose number the caller dialed — this is the entire point of the service.
• Infrastructure vendors we rely on to operate the service: Twilio (telephony + SMS), Vapi (voice orchestration), OpenAI and Anthropic (large language and speech models), Deepgram (transcription), Railway (hosting), Supabase (database), and Resend (email delivery). Each vendor processes data only to perform their function and is bound by their own privacy commitments.
• When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of a person.

We do not sell or rent caller data to any third party.

Call recordings, transcripts, and extracted lead data are retained for the duration of the Customer’s contract plus 90 days, then deleted. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained longer for service improvement. Callers or Customers may request earlier deletion of specific records; see “Contact” below.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. To exercise these rights, email privacy@frontdial.com. We respond within 30 days.

We host our production systems on managed infrastructure with TLS-encrypted transport, encrypted-at-rest storage, and role-based access controls. Access to caller data is restricted to engineers who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure; we work to minimize risk and will notify affected Customers promptly of any incident.

FrontDial is not directed at children under 13. Our Customers are businesses; if a caller is a parent booking for a child, we collect only the information the parent volunteers (typically the child’s first name, age or date of birth, and preferred class time) for the purpose of fulfilling the booking request.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
